Orlando, FL - July 5, 2005 - PROactive Media, Inc., a media management corporation in Florida, and Kifaru Productions, Inc., an entertainment company in Southern California, entered into an agreement with the purpose of leveraging video assets produced by Kifaru Productions and developing new markets.
The management agreement gives PROactive Media rights to market a collection of six Native-American-themed feature documentary films and a series of two health and fitness videos for an Indigenous audience. PROactive Media will develop licensing opportunities with the international media.
"It is important to us to serve the Indigenous tribal communities of the world, and we see a great opportunity for the world tribes to learn about each other through the media and move towards tribal unity," states PROactive Media President, Tony Coolidge, who is an advocate of Indigenous peoples. "The videos produced by Kifaru Productions tell powerful stories of important Native American issues that will impact the healing process of the Indigenous peoples of the world."
The agreement will develop licensing deals for the collection of Kifaru Productions titles that is estimated to be worth approximately $475,000 over the next three years. The collection includes the following titles: "Wiping The Tears of Seven Generations," "The Peyote Road," "The Road To Sobriety," "The Red Road To Sobriety Video Talking Circle," "Your Humble Serpent" and "A Seat At The Table." PROactive Media will also have the rights to distribute free of charge, "Rez Robics - The Exercise Tape" and "Rez Robics for Couch Potato Skins." These videos were made as a public service for the Indigenous communities.

We chose to partner with PROactive Media for their understanding of international markets and their respectful relations with Indigenous peoples worldwide."
