Digital media company re-energizes its focus and reinvents its identity.

Orlando, FL - August 26, 2002 - AV Marketing, Inc., an Orlando web development and marketing company changed its name to PROactive Media, Inc. This change reflected the company's change in direction and business philosophy.

The company, which has been a leader in web development in Central Florida since 1994, is expanding its services to include integrated digital media and audio/video production. This expansion has opened opportunities to offer complete customized image-building packages for businesses.

PROactive Media will also take advantage of its new abilities and seek opportunities in the entertainment industry. Plans include seeking opportunities outside of the United States.
